About Hermeisha Green
As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a servant leader with a heart of compassion, service, and integrity, Hermeisha Green is no stranger to being a change agent in her community.
She is a PhD student in Integrative Medicine with over 12 years of robust clinical skills, mixed with a keen understanding of human behavior. She utilizes her gifts and exemplary executive and influential leadership style as the Clinical Director and lead therapist of Jacksonville’s premier trauma practice: Refuge Counseling Wellness Services. Hermeisha is on a mission to help society become more trauma informed by expanding their understanding of psychological trauma. She does this through providing quality accessible mental health services, building psychologically safe churches and organization through speaking and training services, and individual and group coaching programs through her coaching practice Coaching with Compassion, LLC.
Hermeisha continues to help thousands of trauma survivors tap into their natural built in healing system of their mind & body and have been featured in Christianity Today, NBC, ABC and FOX news affiliates. She continues in this inspiring endeavor for the purpose of creating healthier communities and families, while leaving a strong legacy for her two daughters.
About Patricia Reed
Patricia Reed, CRNP, PMHNP-BC joins us with over 12 years experience in the nursing industry. Starting as a patient care tech, she worked her way up to her current role of mental health provider. Patricia holds an Associate in Nursing (ADN) and an Associate in Allied Health, both from Faulkner State Community College, Bay Minette, AL. In 2015, Reed earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy State University, Troy, AL. She later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL; with this degree conferred in 2018. Patricia is dually-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Reed is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Alabama State Nurses Association. Patricia has worked full-time as an outpatient psychiatric provider for the last 3 years while also taking weekend call as a FNP rounding on adults and children admitted to inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
About Holly Rasmussen
Holly is a Licensed Clinical Social worker. Holly obtained her master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University with an emphasis on children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She specializes in the areas of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, school refusal, ADHD, self-injury, suicidal ideation, ODD, truancy, self-esteem, couples therapy, and stressful life changes. Holly also has experience working in family therapy that focuses on the entire family coming together to improve their communication, respect, and support for each other. Holly believes that her job is to quickly and accurately assess the needs of her client, develop and execute a course of treatment, and assist her client in becoming a healthier person. This can include the use of CBT, DBT, and strengths-based therapy.
